Mr Duan Lin is the director and partner of Sichuan Jus Law Firm. Mr Duan obtained his LLB from PeKing University in 1984. Prior to the foundation of Sichuan Jus Law Firm, Mr Duan obtained his experience as an attorney at law in Chengdu Legal Consultant Office, Sichuan Law Firm, Sichuan YingJi Law Firm and Beijin TongHe TongZheng Law Firm.
Mr Duan specialized in dealing with non-litigation legal affairs and complicated litigation cases. Mr Duan is highly renowned and reputed in the areas of company listing, capital reconstruction, enterprise strategic planning, consulting for large corporation group and investment legal affairs. Mr Duan was the founder of Sichuan Public Relationship Office and Beijin MingBo Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Before the experience of Attorney of law, Mr Duan used to be the chief representative of Germany East Investment consulting Co., Ltd (Shanghai office), and the chief legal consultant of China YuanWang Group. He has advised more than one-hundred domestic and foreign corporations in the areas of company listing, capital reconstruction and enterprise strategic planning, such as Chengdu EnWei Medical Group strategic development planning, capital reconstruction project of Chengdu Seamless Steel Pipe Plant, Great wall Special Steel Plant and Chengdu No. 1 Medical Plant, company listing legal advice for JinXi Travel Co., Ltd (Stock No: 000802) and Shenzhen WeiShiKang Technology Development Co., Ltd, and enterprise reconstruction of Beijin FuShan Travel Development Co., Ltd and Guangzhou TianLun Group (Stock No: 07111). Mr Duan is the perennial legal consultant of China United Travel Co., Ltd (Stock No: 600358) and many other famous corporations.
